3. Shipping Method & Product Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, primarily located in Asia.
Due to international shipping, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of the delivery country.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
The total shipping cost depends on:
- The weight of the package

5. Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers from Claras of Bayfield.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing the order.
Any address errors or changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
In the case of an incorrect address, Claras of Bayfield cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders.
