Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- An item may only be returned after it has been physically received by the customer
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but extended wear or use is not permitted
- Returns resulting from intentionally ordering multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send a return request by email to info@clarasofbayfield.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in Asia
- Return the item to this address at your own expense, including shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace)
Claras of Bayfield is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed without proof of delivery.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected:
- If the return is approved, the purchase price of the product will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Liability and Delivery
Claras of Bayfield is not responsible for lost packages when tracking indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, full responsibility lies with the customer.
Any error in shipping information must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
